For your capital campaign, we will:

  • Create a comprehensive campaign plan, starting with a feasibility study and working side by side with you to execute on the plan.

  • Train and coach your organization's leadership on solicitation techniques, donor stewardship, and campaign management.

  • Provide a post-campaign evaluation to assess the campaign's success and provide recommendations for future fundraising efforts.

For your annual campaign, we will:

  • Audit and assess your current efforts.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for all appeals.

  • Provide guidance on donor cultivation techniques.

  • Ensure communications alignment across all platforms to maximize impact.

For your emergency campaign, we will:

  • Work quickly and strategically with you to assess the issue, the opportunities and the challenges.

  • Create an emergency campaign plan, and working side by side with you to execute on the plan.

  • Craft clear and effective communication strategies to keep donors, patrons, staff and board informed and engaged.

  • Ensure that the urgent need for financial shoring-up is tied to a compelling vision and sustainable business plan.
